In-Store Purchase: Come see us in person and purchase your credit pack. You’ll receive your gift card on the spot. Simple!
Online Purchase: Buy your credit pack through our website or Fresha and we’ll email your digital gift card within 48 hours of your purchase.

Credit Packs are available for individual use only and cannot be transferred to another person.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, or discount.

Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used by the purchaser or gifted to someone else.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Delivery:
In-store: Gift card issued at the time of purchase
Online: Gift card emailed within 48 hours
Expiry
All Credit Packs adhere to their standard expiry periods.
Expiry period starts from the date of purchase.
If you are planning to save your pass to use at a later date, please use the enquiries form to let us know, and we will be happy to pause the expiry period.
*Private Infrared Sauna Exclusion (Sippy Downs)
Session Credit Packs and Unlimited Passes cannot be used for the Private Infrared Sauna at the Sippy Downs location. This service must be purchased separately.
