  • From arrival to departure, your group will enjoy a seamless, private experience. Here’s what you can expect during your group recovery session at Recovery Room:

    1. Arrival & Orientation: A dedicated team member will greet your group, get you settled, and explain each recovery station.

    2. Customised Recovery Time: Each session includes access to a range of therapies designed to promote relaxation, boost performance, and aid recovery.

    3. Guided Support: Our staff is on hand to assist with equipment use and answer questions, ensuring each participant gets the most from the experience.

    • Towel
      Each participant will need a towel for their session. If anyone forgets, don’t worry we have towels available for purchase on-site.

    • Swimwear
      For sauna and pool use, appropriate swimwear is required. To ensure a smooth transition between equipment, we recommend arriving with swimwear already on, worn under clothing.

    • Water Bottle
      Staying hydrated is key to a great recovery session. We recommend bringing a water bottle, though water is also available in the facility.
