Weekly Subscription:

• Membership payments are billed weekly as part of a subscription, with payments automatically charged to your credit or debit card each week.

Unlimited Access:

• The membership provides unlimited bookings for recovery services at either Sippy Downs, Kawana Waters, or dual-access depending on your chosen membership.

No Lock-In Contract & Cancellation:

• There is no lock-in contract with this membership.

• You can cancel your membership at any time through the Fresha App or by contacting Recovery Room directly. No advanced notice is required for cancellation.

Non-Refundable Payments:

• Weekly subscription payments are non-refundable, regardless of the number of sessions booked or attended during the payment period.

Location Access:

• This membership provides 3 options - access to Sippy Downs, access to Kawana Waters, or Dual-Access. You can book sessions at the location that corresponds with your chosen membership.

Non-Transferable:

• The membership is for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Exclusion of Private Infrared Sauna:

• The Private Infrared Sauna at Sippy Downs is not included in this membership. This service must be purchased separately as it is excluded from all memberships, session packs, and passes.

Booking Policy:

• Clients can make unlimited bookings for available services, subject to facility availability and standard booking policies.

• Recovery Room reserves the right to limit bookings or restrict access during high-demand periods to ensure fair use for all members.

Usage:

• Credits can be used for any individual service or protocol at either Sippy Downs or Kawana Waters locations.

• You can redeem credits at either location interchangeably.

Expiry:

• The credits will expire, in the months detailed below, from the date of purchase. Unused credits will be forfeited after the expiry period.

  1. 10 Credit Pack - 3 months

  2. 15 Credit Pack - 6 months

  3. 30 Credit Pack - 12 months

Private Infrared Sauna Exclusion:

• The Private Infrared Sauna (at Sippy Downs) is not included in any memberships, session credit packs, or passes offered by Recovery Room.

• This service must be purchased separately and is excluded from all unlimited bookings, session credit redemptions, and other package offerings.

Non-Refundable:

• The credit packs are non-refundable, even if all credits are not used within the expiry period.

Non-Transferable:

• Session credits are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Multiple Bookings:

• Clients can use multiple credits for separate bookings in a day, subject to availability.

• Each service or protocol booked will deduct the corresponding number of credits.

Cancellation Policy:

• Standard cancellation policies apply. If you need to cancel a session, please do so within the required time frame.

• Missed bookings without proper cancellation will result in the loss of the credit for that session.

Eligibility:

• The Intro Offer is for new clients only. Clients who have previously purchased any membership or session pack are not eligible.

• The Intro Offer is a one-time introductory option.

Single Location Access:

• When purchasing the Intro Offer, you must select either Sippy Downs or Kawana Waters as your dedicated location.

• The pass is only valid at the chosen location and cannot be used at both locations. All bookings during the 14-day period must be made at the selected location.

Activation and Expiration:

• The Intro Offer is activated on the date of purchase or at your first booking, whichever comes first.

• You’ll have 14 consecutive days from activation to enjoy unlimited access. Once the 14 days expire, any unused days or sessions will not carry over.

Unlimited Access:

• During the 14-day period, you can book as many sessions as you like, subject to availability.

• Multiple sessions per day are allowed, but each session must be booked individually.

Private Infrared Sauna Exclusion:

• The Private Infrared Sauna service (at Sippy Downs) is not included in any memberships, session credit packs, or passes offered by Recovery Room.

• This service must be purchased separately and is excluded from all unlimited bookings, session credit redemptions, and other package offerings.

Non-Refundable:

• The $99.00 fee is non-refundable, regardless of how many sessions you attend or whether you use the full 14 days.

Non-Transferable:

• The Intro Offer is for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Cancellation Policy:

• Standard cancellation policies apply. If you need to cancel a session, please do so within the required time frame to avoid penalties.

• Missed bookings without proper cancellation will result in the loss of that session’s slot, but your overall 14-day access will remain unaffected.

No Extensions or Pauses:

• The 14-day period is fixed and cannot be extended or paused, even if you miss or do not use certain days.

Next Steps After the Offer Expires:

• Once the 14-day period ends, you’ll need to choose from one of our session credit packs, unlimited memberships, or you can pay for services individually to continue using Recovery Room’s services.
